As Project Manager – Programme Lifecycle, your role within the team will be to support the oversight of the planning, tracking and performance of programme lifecycle processes for Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
The role is also focused on:
- Providing project management expertise to oversee and integrate new programme offerings into the business effectively through ensuring business readiness and managing change in alignment of the values, operational and strategic direction and goals of Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (TWoA).
- Provide business case writing expertise and lead the compilation and review of programme business case documents.
- Review the programme lifecycle process from the Mix of Provision to evaluation with key stakeholders to identify key areas of improvement.

The ideal person will have:
- Proven portfolio, programme and/or project management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly
- Deep understanding of aspects related to tertiary education programme lifecycle
- Demonstrate exemplary analytical capability that not only enables sound decision making, but also aids in identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Strengths in report writing and presentation
- Proven experience with Better Business Case methodology an advantage
As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
