Do you thrive on providing great administration? 

 

This role is responsible for providing administrative support throughout all OD output including OD training and events for teams and individual customers; processing invoices and the recording, processing and coordinating of study applications for kaimahi throughout the motu. This fixed term, full time position covering a kaimahi absence is based at our Head Office in Te Awamutu.

 

You are self-driven, motivated and have the ability to work independently and within a team environment where no two days are the same.  You have a Certificate in Business Administration, a minimum of two years’ proven experience in administration, with at least intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

 

Knowledge of Te Reo and Tikanga Māori would also be an advantage.
