We are seeking a dedicated and detail orientated an Administrator to join us on a fixed term (until March 2027), full-time (37.5 hours per week) basis based in Queen Street, Auckland.

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming prospective students and visitors into the school, managing enrolments, processing student information and maintaining databases. This role involves liaising between academic management, administration team members, tutorial staff and head office administration. Other duties include a variety of general administrative tasks, such as reception, assisting with hospitality, Health & Safety support etc.

 

About you:

You will bring with you:

  • Minimum qualification - Certificate in Business Administration or Computing
  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Familiar understanding of the education sector
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar position and a multicultural education environment id desirable

 

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
