The primary purpose of the role is to provide administrative support and services for the allocated functional area, with a focus in supporting procurement. At times, incumbent may be required to work across all administrative areas.
- Administrative support for the contract tender and procurement sourcing processes
- Establish and maintain quality relationships
- Contribute to the management of the tender process
- Support supplier reviews
- Draft reports on travel expenditure
- Manage supplier creation and amendments
Mōu | About you
We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Administration experience
- Willingness to learn
- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications
- Excellent relationship management skills
As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.
