Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, the second largest provider of Tertiary Education across Aotearoa, is excited to be looking for an Administrator who is energetic, initiative driven and motivated to help others. If this sounds like you and you are interested in joining us to achieve “Whānau Transformation through Education” then we want to hear from you.
You will provide quality administrative support to the BBSW Programme including general filing, processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, support of day-to-day activities, completing general administrative duties as requested by Kaiwhakahaere Ako and Aukaha Ako.
You will have proven experience in an administration role and preferably hold a Certificate in Business Administration or Computing. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, a personable nature with the proven ability to work well in a diverse cultural environment.
An understanding of basic te reo Māori phrases, mihi and greetings and of Māori values, culture and tikanga is expected.
