We are currently on the lookout for someone to join our team as an Advisor – Tauira Recruitment on a permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) basis based in Auckland City, Queen Street

As the Advisor – Tauira Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and representing our DynaSpeak’s English Language Programmes nationally and internatinally. Through targeted sales techniques and exceptional customer service, the Advisor aims to turn enquiries into programme applications, contributing significantly to the growth and success of DynaSpeak’s educational initiatives in migrant communities across Aotearoa and in overseas markets.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Turn enquiries into applications and provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment process.
  • Strengthen DynaSpeak’s online presence and outreach through digital markets.
  • Attend and support recruitment events, host programmes, and collaborate with various teams for a seamless journey from interest to enrolment.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and execution of events, projects, and campaigns within the Tauira Recruitment Team.

About you

You will bring with you:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • A Full NZ Drivers License.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Marketing, Administration or Coordinator role.
  • Excellent promotional, marketing and event planning skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
