This permanent full-time position reports to the Aukaha Performance and Quality Assurance and can be based at either Palmerston North or Porirua.

The primary function of the Analyst Policy, Process & Procedure is to provide assurance that the organisational quality management framework is being effectively applied in the takiwā.

You will have proven skills and success in the analysis of reporting of process improvement and quality assurance within a complex organisation.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Analyse the effectiveness of approval and accreditation of policies, processes & procedures
  • Analyse academic approval policies, processes and procedures to ensure stakeholder needs are met
  • Provide submissions for internal academic approval
  • Provide NZQA submission monitoring and enquiry management
  • Providing training and support to internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 5+ experience in the tertiary education sector
  • 5+ years quality assurance experience
  • Experience in analysis of reporting of process improvement and quality assurance
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Business analysis certification
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
