Location: Raroera Campus – Hamilton, or Tukārere Campus - Tauranga
Hours: Full-time, 37.5hrs per week

Tenure: Permanent

Salary: Low - $81,497 – Mid $101,871

As an Analyst, you will:

  • Provide high-quality data analysis and insights to support enrolment planning, academic performance monitoring and strategic decision-making across Takiwā.
  • Lead and coordinate Takiwā enrolment planning processes, using data trends, environmental scanning and performance insights to inform future delivery.
  • Monitor and report on academic performance and compliance, including retention, completion, attendance, learning hours and LMS engagement.
  • Support senior leadership and wider teams with data-driven insights, contributing to projects, programme reviews and organisational initiatives.
  • Deliver training and build capability in data use, helping kaimahi understand enrolment planning, reporting processes and performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, working collaboratively to ensure consistent, accurate and meaningful use of data; and at times, be able to work independently towards clear tasks and timeframes.

 

Mōu | About you

We are looking for someone to be the gel between data and people, who has the following:

  • A degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Education, Social Sciences or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications or analytics certifications an advantage.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in data analysis and information management, ideally within an education environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance reporting, quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (especially Excel) and experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences.
