Collaboration Analyst - Data & Digital Transformation

As a Collaboration Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our digital workplace tools—especially Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. You’ll help kaimahi work smarter by improving collaboration, streamlining processes, and lifting digital capability across the organisation.
Working closely with IT and stakeholders, you’ll ensure our tools are well-used, well-supported, and aligned to business needs, delivering a consistent and high-quality user experience.
Your key focus areas will include:
- Supporting adoption and day-to-day use of Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Delivering training and guidance to kaimahi on best practice collaboration
- Troubleshooting issues and providing frontline user support
- Assisting with configuration and optimisation of collaboration platforms
- Supporting governance, compliance, and platform health activities
- Communicating updates, changes, and improvements to end users
- Collaborating with IT and stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement initiatives

You’re a collaborative and tech-savvy professional who enjoys helping others get the most out of digital tools. You combine strong technical knowledge with great communication skills and a passion for improving user experience.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint
- Experience supporting digital workplace adoption or delivering training/workshops
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across an organisation
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and information management practices
- A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify better ways of working
- A commitment to te ao Māori values and willingness to grow cultural capability
