Mō tēnei mahi | About this job

We are seeking a Coordinator – Home Based Learning (HBL) to join our team in Te Kei. In this role, you will coordinate and provide administration support to kaitiaki and the HBL wāhanga for the effective and efficient delivery of home based programmes.

Role: Permanent – Full Time
Location: Christchurch
Hours: 37.5 per week
Days: Monday – Friday
Salary
: $51,120 - $56,503

 

Your key focus areas will include:

  • Co-ordinate kaitiaki activities and HBL resources.
  • Provide and maintain administration duties for takiwā management
  • Ensure quality maintenance of all provider systems
  • Co-ordinate and complete reports as required
  • Show initiative to resolve problems and meet expected outcomes

 

Moū | About you

  • 2+ years’ administration experience
  • Certificate in Business Administration or Computing (Level 3)
  • Understands and uses basic te reo Māori phrases, mihi and greetings (TARM level 2 or equivalent qualification)
  • Excellent written an oral communication skills
  • Accurate and proficient in typing and data entry
  • Full Driver's Licence
