Coordinator – Tauira Registry


About this role

In this role, you will provide accurate, timely administrative and quality assurance support to Takiwā Student Registry, HBL Providers and Dynaspeak in all matters relating to tauira enrolment, attendance, results and graduation.

 

Role details:

Title: Coordinator - Tauira Registry
Role: Permanent Full Time
Salary $46,072 - $69,108 (depending on skills and experience)
Location: Te Awamutu
Hours 37.5 per week
Days: Monday - Friday

 

As a Coordinator – Tauira Registry, you will:

  • Ensure accurate, timely administrative and quality assurance support is provided
  • Process tauira enrolments in a timely manner and check and maintain the integrity and quality of data
  • Process enrolments for Home based learning programmes and Papa Reo Online
  • Perform data quality checks to verify enrolments and graduation information
  • Print and distribute Academic Records and graduation certificates
  • Enter and update Tauira information into the student management information system

 

About you:

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Certificate in computing and / or business administration (Level 4)
  • 3+ years’ experience in academic administration and/or customer service related role.
  • Intermediate user of student management systems – Take2, 101 SISS, Provider Administration Management Systems (PAMS)
  • Intermediate written and oral communication
  • Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence
