As
an Engineer – IT Service Operations, you’ll provide frontline support
to kaimahi and tauira across Aotearoa. You’ll be the go-to expert for
resolving technical issues, supporting system reliability, and ensuring our
users receive timely, high-quality assistance. This role includes
remote and onsite support, troubleshooting, system maintenance,
and participating in process improvements.

- Respond to technical support requests across phone, chat, email, and the support portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide onsite support for installations, upgrades, and equipment setup.
- Monitor and maintain ICT systems to support stability and performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service to all users.
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in Computing (Level 5) or relevant qualification.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- 2+ years’ experience in an IT service desk or remote support role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft/Apple operating systems.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop knowledge of āhuatanga Māori.
