Ready to make an impact with your creativity?  We’re on a mission to create engaging, innovative learning experiences that reflect our unique kaupapa and values. We’re looking for a Graphic and Digital Designer who can turn ideas into visually stunning, accessible resources that inspire and empower our tauira.

In this role, you will:

·  Lead the design and development of digital learning resources across multiple platforms – from online and multimedia to print.

·  Collaborate with passionate teams of content creators and programme developers to bring learning concepts to life.

·  Champion creativity and innovation, using the latest tools and technologies to enhance engagement and usability.

·  Embed Mātauranga Māori and bicultural values into your designs, ensuring cultural relevance and responsiveness

 

This is aPermanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week) position, that can be based out of any one of our sites across Aotearoa


Mōu | About you

You’ll thrive here if you:

·  Have 5+ years’ experience in digital or instructional design, ideally in tertiary education.

·  Are skilled in graphic design tools and understand instructional design principles.

·  Love working collaboratively and can manage projects with precision and flair.

·  Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Digital Media, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar (postgrad is a bonus!).


As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.

Salary Range: $72,490 - $108,735. Remuneration will reflect qualifications, skills and experience for the position.
