Role Type: Permanent, full time
Location: Waikato, Tauranga or Whakatāne
Hours: 37.5 per week
Days: Monday – Friday with occasional weekend mahi
Salary:
$61,322 - $68,136 per annum based on skills and experience

The primary function of the Kaitohutohu – Whakauru Tauira (Advisor – Tauira Recruitment) is to promote, support and contribute to takiwā annual recruitment targets. In this role, you will:

  • Present and promote TWoA programmes and services to external stakeholders and communities
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans, projects and campaigns
  • Host programmes, activities and events
  • Support kaiako to roll-out plans
  • Identify new recruitment options

 

Mōu | About you

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Diploma in business or marketing related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, recruitment or education related role
  • Excellent promotional and marketing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Full and clean NZ Driver's Licence

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
