Role details:

Title: Advisor – Tauira (Student) Recruitment
Role: Permanent full-time position
Location: Gisborne
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Days: Monday – Friday (with occasional weekend work)

 

As an Advisor – Tauira (Student) Recruitment, you will:

• Present and promote TWoA programmes and services to external stakeholders and communities
• Develop and implement student recruitment plans, projects and campaigns
• Use CRM as a student recruitment tool
• Host programmes, activities and events
• Support kaiako to roll-out plans

 

About you:

We are looking for someone who has the following:

 

• Diploma in business or marketing related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing, student recruitment or in an education related role.
• Understands and uses basic te reo Māori phrases, mihi and greetings (TARM level 2 or equivalent qualification)
• Prepared to increase knowledge, understanding and everyday use of te reo and āhuatanga Māori and support other kaimahi in the same endeavour
• Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
