Are you an experienced administrator with a knack for technology? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at multitasking? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Kaiako and Tauira have all the resources they need to assist in their learning. Our team provides quality administrative and financial support to a number of Kaiako across the takiwā and are responsible for budgets, Student resourcing, Invoice processing and much more. This role is based in Hamilton however, services the entire takiwā (region) including the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Gisborne areas - Travel will be required from time to time. You’ll manage your own workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with team members and other Kaimahi alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering and distributing resources
  • Initiating requisitions
  • Day to day Financial and Procurement functions
  • Budgets – You will be responsible for keeping a running budget for each Kaiako
  • Invoice Processing
  • Relationship Management – This is a key factor in this role
  • Utilize your tech-savvy skills to manage software and tools that enhance productivity.
  • Communicate effectively across departments, fostering collaboration and clarity.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to workload management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be attentive to detail and highly organised
  • Relationship Management skills
  • Full driver’s license
  • A self-starter who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
