Mō tēnei mahi | About this job

Provide administrative assistance and support to the Curriculum and Resource Development team.

As a Kaiwhakarite Matua – Senior Administrator, you will:

  • Establish and maintain administration systems and processes within the Tokokauneke office
  • Provide quality administration support and assistance within Tokokauneke office
  • Undertake financial administration and procurement tasks and submit invoices as required
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders & kaimahi
  • Work collaboratively with all uepū to achieve educational success


Mōu | About you

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related qualification
  • Experience in a lead administrator role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher)
  • Prepared to increase knowledge, understanding and everyday use of te reo and āhuatanga Māori and support other kaimahi in the same endeavour
  • Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.
