Role: 18-month Fixed Term full-time

LocationTe Awamutu or flexible location by arrangement

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Join us and be a part of technology transformation journey that supports the journey of the tauira.

As Lead - Technology Change, you will be part of a centrally coordinated change practice. You will work alongside kaimahi, leaders, and programme teams to support the successful adoption of new systems and ways of working that matter on the ground.

Aligned to the Te Pae Tawhiti Transformation Office, this role is grounded in whanaungatanga and mahi tahi, supporting people to navigate and adopt change together.

This is an 18month fixedterm opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation with real impact for tauira, whānau, and kaimahi.

 

Mōu | About you

You are an experienced change practitioner who enjoys joining organisations on their transformation journeyYou bring a strong foundation in professional change management practice and have applied this in complex, technologyenabled environments.

You are comfortable working with recognised change approaches and applying them pragmatically to support readiness, adoption, and sustained behaviour changeYou build trust easily, communicate clearly, and work confidently alongside leaders, kaimahi, and delivery teams during periods of transition.

You can operate across multiple initiatives while contributing to a consistent and disciplined change practiceYou are culturally grounded or on a genuine journey in this space, and you value purposeled work that makes a difference.

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
