Role: Permanent, Full‑time
Location: Queen Street Auckland (DynaSpeak / Head Office)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Days: Monday – Friday
Tenure: Permanent
Salary: Level 8 – salary aligned with experience

As Manager – Programme Delivery, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple education delivery sites. You will be responsible for ensuring academic excellence, quality assurance, and compliance with NZQA and Te Wānanga o Aotearoa standards.

You will lead and support Kaiako Matua, drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning practice, and foster a positive, high‑performing culture aligned with Te Pae Tawhiti and Kaupapa Matua.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing programme and course delivery across campuses
  • Ensuring compliance with NZQA, internal policies, and academic quality standards
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and development to Kaiako Matua
  • Leading audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, iwi, community organisations, and external stakeholders
  • Promoting kaimahi ora, professional development, and workforce planning

Mōu | About you

We are looking for someone who brings strong academic leadership experience and a people‑centred approach. You will have:

  • A Master’s degree in Education, Education Leadership, or a relevant field
  • Adult teaching and assessment qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a management or senior leadership role, ideally in tertiary education
  • Strong understanding of adult teaching and learning practices, including flexible and blended delivery
  • Experience leading people, managing performance, and supporting professional development
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem‑solving skills
  • A full NZ Driver Licence and willingness to travel to delivery sites

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop your understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is essential. Experience using te reo Māori and a commitment to further development is highly valued.
