Part of a team of six who provide recruitment solutions across Aotearoa, this role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders across our education and corporate teams. Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll guide your portfolio of internal customers on attraction and selection activities, offer negotiation, employment branding and candidate experience. The role also contributes to the evolution of our recruitment services, meaning involvement in brainstorming, decision making and change initiatives.

Solid relationships are the key to success in our whānau, so you’ll be an experienced internal or agency recruiter whose referees will tell us how easily you establish rapport and credibility with others, how responsive and customer-centric you are, and praise your strengths in influencing decisions and making sound recommendations.
Your time spent in recruitment means you understand what great experiences look like for our managers and candidates, you care about the quality of service you’re delivering, and you’re willing to flex to accommodate the differing needs of customers while still ensuring compliance to policies and employment law. Your energy and enthusiasm for recruitment will be evident when we meet you, and you’ll be able to demonstrate a track record of success finding great people for your vacancies.
As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
