As Product Manager – EPC, you will lead the Tauira Experience product team, serving as the voice of the tauira to guide product decisions across the lifecycle. You will manage product strategy, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the tauira journey.
• Lead product strategy, planning, and
lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with IT capabilities.
• Monitor market and technology trends to inform product decisions.
• Guide Product Owners and support Agile delivery practices.
Mōu | About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 7–10 years’ experience in product management and leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives leveraging Salesforce core platforms
- Strong agile delivery experience with proficiency in tools such as Jira
- Demonstrated capability to drive innovation in digital learning, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement within educational environments
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional teamsAs a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key.
