Location: Te Awamutu
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday

Tenure: Permanent

Salary: Low $72,490 – Mid $90,613

As a Programme Lifecycle Advisor, you will:

  • Have a strong background in tertiary education, curriculum development, and assessment design
  • Be a subject matter expert in assessment design, curriculum review and moderation practices, with strong facilitation and training skills
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to Te Kaupapa Matua and āhuatanga Māori
  • Take ownership of assessment quality across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring they are robust, fair, and aligned with sector expectations
  • Work closely with kaiako, providing training and guidance to strengthen their confidence and clarity in assessment practices

 

Mōu | About you

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
  • Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field is desirable
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence (Class 1)
  • 5 years’ experience in tertiary education, curriculum development, academic quality support or a related sector.
  • 2 years’ experience in experience leading or managing academic projects across programme development or delivery (particularly in assessment and assessment design

 

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
