The purpose of this role covers both electronic and physical records; to ensure quality resources are readily available for Te Wānanga o Aotearoa kaimahi as needed; and to provide support to kaimahi regarding Information and Records Management policies, procedures, and processes.

 

Customer Service: Deliver timely and accurate responses to inquiries and service requests.

Records Management: Manage physical and digital records, ensure compliance, maintain high data quality.

Information Updates: Implement intranet updates and promote online resources.

Kaimahi Experience: Foster a supportive and innovative work environment for kaimahi.

Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships.

Information Management: Ensure compliance with information management standards and legislation.

  • Proficiency in typing, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
